Roles and Responsibilities :-
- Procurement of material as and when required basis for all categories .i.e study of PR and releasing of Purchase order.
- Rejection , monitoring and action on same.
- To reduce costing by Negotiation /Alternate Sources
- Arrange quotation against any requirement received from different user/department and making of QES and thereafter the release of PO.
- Documents related to VIF to be arranged on regular basis.
