Experience :- 2 ~ 6 years
Roles & Responsibilities :-
- Responsible for in house Repairs of Digital Cameras, DSLR & LENSES, service operation function, meeting KPI Norms, Customer Satisfaction, control measures.
- Troubleshooting, Repair & Servicing of Imaging Products in Company’s own Service Centre
- Achieving productivity by Quick Resolution of customer problem by repairing each category wisely and asap to achieve the Targets
- Handling customer queries/escalation over telephone/personally
- Controlling of TAT and other service parameters
