PDIL started as the technology wing of Fertilizer Corporation of India in 1951, emerged as a separate entity named FPDIL in 1978 after the restructuring of Fertilizer Corporation of India and was renamed PDIL in 1981 with a head-office in Sindri, Jharkhand.

Qualification :-

ITI Apprentice :

• ITI in Electrician, Draughtsman (Mechanical), Draughtsman (Civil), Computer and Peripherals Hardware Repair and Maintenance Mechanic

Diploma/BE/B.Tech Apprentice :

• Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, Instrumentation, Computer

Total Vacancies :- 25 Posts

Duration of Training :- 12 Months

Selection Process :-

• Selected based on written test/personal interview/medical test/walkin interview.
